Ellis faas is a make-up artist.

She was born in 1962
She did a professional photography course when she left high school, she only used herself as a model but in order to look different each time she discovered make-up.
she then decided to move to Amsterdam an then to Paris in order to study make-up, she then moved to London to get the creative job she desired.
When she had her daughter she then moved back to Amsterdam.
Ellis Faas also became the leading make-up artist for fashion show all around the globe.
she designed make-up for Giorgio Armani, cacharel, chanel, Dolce & Gabbana, Dries Van Noten, Fendi, Jean-Paul Gaultier, Kenzo Takada, Moschino, Sonia Rykiel, Yves Saint-Laurent, Haute Couture, Junko Shimada, oliver Theyskens, Emanuel Ungaro, Viktor & Rolf for H&M and Junya Watanabe.
She currently lives in one of the oldest parts of Amsterdam in a studio.
she currently works mainly in Paris, New York and Milan.
Ellis launched her own brand of make-up products in 2009.
